高饱和磁化强度体状Fe16N2化合物

【摘要】 利用固气反应原理研究了γ F(N) ,α′ Fe(N)和α″ Fe16N2 相的制备方法及其磁性·利用粒度为 6 μm的铁粉在NH3/[NH3+H2 ]之比为 3%~ 10 %的气氛中于 6 40℃反应 6h后 ,不同淬火介质获得不同的淬火产物·水淬可获得几乎纯净的γ Fe(N)相·液氮淬火可获得 95 %的α′ Fe(N)相 ,并推算出α′ Fe(N)相的饱和磁化强度为 2 5 6Am2 ·kg-1·利用 95 %α′ Fe(N)相的粉末研究了不同回火温度和时间对回火产物的影响·在 15 0℃回火处理 1.5h后获得 5 0 %的体状α″ Fe16N2化合物 ,并推算出α″ Fe16N2 化合物的饱和磁化强度约为 2 93Am2 ·kg-1·

【Abstract】 Using the solid gas reaction principle,the fabrication and magnetic properties of γ Fe(N), α ′ Fe(N) and α ″ Fe 16 N 2 compound in Bulk form were studied. Under3%~10%NH 3/[NH 3+H 2] atmosphere,the iron powders with particle size 6?μm were reacted with at 640?℃ for 6h. Then the different quenching products were obtained with different quenching media. 95% α ′ Fe(N) phase was produced with liquid nitrogen quenching media. The saturation magnetization of α ′ Fe(N) is 256?Am 2·kg -1 by the calculation. The effect of the temper temperature and time of 95% α ′ Fe(N) powders on the tempering products was investigated. 50% α ″ Fe 16 N 2 compounds in bulk was obtained at 140?℃ tempering for 1.5?h. The saturation magnetization of α ″ Fe 16 N 2 is about 293?Am 2·kg -1 by the calculation.
