【摘要】 塑料胀壳式注浆锚杆是针对松软围岩巷道中锚杆支护出现的锚固作用不够、漏顶、片帮等诸多问题而研制的·通过对锚杆杆体及围岩的受力分析 ,利用ANSYS有限元进行数值模拟 ,与国内外其他注浆锚杆进行比较 ,得到了塑料胀壳式注浆锚杆的锚固力是端锚锚杆锚固力与全长浆体粘结锚固力叠加的结果·其具有锚固力大 ,成拱作用范围大 ,安装方便 ,止浆密封可靠 ,经济合理等优点·塑料胀壳式注浆锚杆主要适用于锚固加固松软围岩 ,防止漏风 ,避免发火 ,堵水等更多还原

【Abstract】 The plastic shell expanding grouting bolt is designed for small anchor hold,roof leaking and wall slicing and so on of bolt timbering appearing in soft wall laneway. We have utilized the mechanics analyses of bolt and wall rock and ANSYS software to put up numerical value simulation and compare with other grouting bolts. It concludes that the anchor hold of the plastic shell expanding grouting bolt is compounded by end anchoring bolt’s and all long grouting bolt’s. So the one takes on anchoring muscularity,installing convenience,being air proofed trustfully and economical cost. The one mainly applies soft wall,preventing leaking wind and avoiding fire,blocking water and so on.更多还原
