遗传标记在植物上的发展与应用
Development and application of genetic markers in plants
【摘要】 详细地介绍了遗传标记的发展历程 ,并就分子标记的主要类型做一简单叙述 ,并比较了常用分子标记之间的优缺点 ,为更好地利用分子标记提供了理论依据。本文还增加了新兴的分子标记 (Single- Nucleotide polymorphism,单核苷酸多态性 ) ,和 ACGM标记 (Amplified ConsensusSequence Genetic Marker,扩增共有遗传标记 )。最后 ,对分子标记的应用前景做了展望
【Abstract】 Genetic markers used in plants were described here.Several types of molecular markers have been developed since 70’s of last century.SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism)and ACGM (amplified consensus genetic markers)are relatively new techniques and have been used in the comparative genomics and the construction of genetic maps in plants.In this review,we compared the advantage and disadvantage of these molecular makers,which would be important for their proper uses in plants.$$$$
