【摘要】 通过试验研究 ,探讨了用于浸油的玉米胚挤压膨化预处理过程中的套筒温度、模孔孔径、物料含水率、螺杆转速等挤压系统参数对考察指标残油率的影响规律。试验室研究结果表明 ,挤压膨化预处理浸油工艺可使残油率低于 1% ,使原设备的浸出能力提高 10 0 %。具有十分可观经济效益和广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principle of the influence of parameters of extrusion system upon research index,the ratio of the residual oil,was studied in this paper.These parameters include the temperature of the barrel,the diameter of the die nozzle,the moisture of material and the speed of the screw.The results show that the capacity of solvent extraction of original extraction equipment will be raised 100% and the ratio of the residual oil will be less than 1% if the parameters of corn germ extrusion system are gualified reasonably.It will be have great economic results and broad application prospects.更多还原
