人力资本投资收益与风险分析
The Analysis of Income and Risk from the Human Capital Investment
【摘要】 分析人力资本投资各主体的收益分配情况 ,以及人力资本投资风险存在的原因 ,是由决策和管理不利造成的 ,并提出了控制这些决策风险和管理风险的制度建议
【Abstract】 The paper has analyzed income distribution of the human capital investment side,and reason of risk from human capital investment.Those reason come from unfavorable decision-making and managing.To control the factors,the paper has put forward suggestion of system that can control the risk of decision-making and managing.
