高倍率MH/Ni电池的研制
Development of high power MH/Ni battery
【摘要】 负极采用富镧系储氢合金和导电粘接剂 ,在碱液中加入正极氧气抑制剂 ,电池封口后经过预充电热处理化成 ,制备了可以宽温度范围使用的高倍率SC 2 5 0 0mAh、D 80 0 0mAhMH/Ni电池 ,该电池在 -2 0℃下 1C放电效率可达 80 %以上 ,40℃下 0 5C充电效率可以达到 80 %以上 ,高倍率 1C放电容量为 10 0 % ,具有良好的循环寿命。
【Abstract】 The MH/Ni cells were made by pre charge heat treatment technology, the negative was made by rich La hydrogen absorbing alloys and conductive binder,and positive contained oxygen inhibitor These cells had good performance at a wide range of temperature and had good high rate discharge ability.The discharge efficiency were more than 80% when discharge with 1 C at -20℃.The charge efficiency was more than 80% when charged with 0 5 C ? at 40℃.The discharge capacity at high rate (1C) was more than 100% of 1 C capacity These cells had good cycle life
