【摘要】 目的 :探讨脂肪肝与高脂血症之间的关系。方法 :将实验动物随机分为两组 ,对照组采用基础饮食 ,实验组采用高脂饮食 (基础饮食基础上加 1 %胆固醇 ,5 %猪油 ,1 0 %玉米油 ) ,分别饲喂Wistar大鼠三个月后 ,取血、肝标本 ,进行生化检测和病理组织学检查。结果 :①血脂和肝内脂质变化 ,与对照组相比 ,实验组大鼠血TG、Tch、LDL和肝内TG的含量均明显升高。②组织病理学检查 :实验组大鼠的肝脂肪变性明显。结论 :高脂饮食造成的脂肪肝与高脂血症之间存在着密切的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To explore the correlation between fatty liver and hyperlipemia.Methods:20 Wistar rats were randomized 2 groups:normal control and high fat diet group.Rats were sacrificed at three months after ecperiment.Plasma lipid and hepatic triglyceride(TG) content were measured and hepatic pathological histology was observed.Results:As compared with normal control gruop,plasma TG and hepatic TG content was increased significantly and steatosis was observed in high fat diet group.Conclusions;There is close relationship between fatty liver and hyperlipemia chronically high fat diet.更多还原
