【摘要】 目的 :探讨高乌甲素伍用多虑平治疗肝癌疼痛的临床疗效。方法 :2 4例肝癌患者随机分为高乌甲素与多虑平联用组 (治疗组 )、度冷丁组 (对照组 ) ,治疗 3W ,治疗组有效率 76.9% ,对照组有效率1 8.2 % ,两组相比 ,有极显著差异 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :高乌甲素伍用多虑平治疗肝癌疼痛 ,疗效稳定、可靠 ,不易产生耐药性 ,不成瘾 ,亦无明显毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the clinical curative effect of using both lappaconilinum and doxepinum to cure the pain of liver cancer.Method:24 cases of liver cancer patients are divided into two groups randomly:the group under treatment and the group in contrast.The ratio of effect is 76.9%,In the latter group.And ratio of effect is 18.2%.Now there is a remarkable difference between these 2 groups.The former is better than latter.Conclusion:The use of lappaconilinum and doxepinum can cure the pain of liver cancer.The effect is stable and reliable.And it is not easy to be become resis-tant or addilive,Besides it have no side effects更多还原
