结合大规模定制生产实施客户关系管理
Putting CRM in practice combined with MC
【摘要】 通过对客户关系管理产生的根本原因和它所包含的朴素思想进行的分析 ,认为要想对客户关系进行有效的管理 ,必须和大规模定制的思想结合起来 ,在大规模定制思想的指导下 ,对企业的业务流程进行合理化的改造 ,两者的有机结合才能使企业获得更大的竞争优势 .本文并对客户关系管理的实施进行了阐述 .
【Abstract】 By anlysing the cause of the emerging of the customer relationshiop management(CRM) and the plain philosophy contained by CRM,this article points out that it is necessary to combing with the spirit of mass customization(MC) in order to manage the customer relationship effectively,and then to reengineer the business process of a enterprise directed by the spirit of MC,only through the combination of these two things could the enterprise get the advantage of competing.This article also introduces how to put CRM in practice.
