【Abstract】 The experiment on incubation of Canadian alfalfa leaf cutting bee( Megachile rotundata (F) ) showed that the main factor influencing the hatchability was 30 ℃ of constant incubating temperature. The parasitic insect also had a very obvious influence upon the incubation effect. It is considered that 0.7 ml of DDVP latex with 37% of concentration used in a 50 cm×50 cm×65 cm of incubator for pteromalid (Pteromalus) control is a secure dosage.更多还原
