【摘要】 以柞蚕蛹冻干粉为材料 ,经提取、盐析、浓缩、透析和DEAE 纤维素离子交换柱层析等纯化步骤 ,获得了一种超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)。该酶蛋白结晶呈菱形 ,PAGE法显示为均一的蛋白谱带。该酶对H2 O2 和KCN敏感 ,对氯仿 乙醇不敏感 ,是一种Cu·Zn SOD。研究结果为SOD的提取提供了新酶源更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, freeze drying tussah pupa powder was used as experimental material. The purified superoxide dismutase(SOD) was obtained by extraction, precipitation, condensation, dialysis and DEAE cellulose cloumn chromatography and so on. The superoxide dismutase was rhombus crystal,PAGE electropherogram showed that it was a homogeneous protein. Because it was sensitive to H 2O 2 and KCN but not to chloroform alcohol, this enzyme was proved as Cu·Zn SOD. This study supplied new enzyme resource for superoxide dismutase.更多还原
