【Abstract】 The blood of the commercial normal silkworm was introduced into sex linkaged balanced lethal silkworm strain by crossing with good normal line,then self breeding in F 1 and backcrossing with the lethal strain.In this process,the selection was conducted with marker genes.From then on,the economic characters of the sex linkaged balanced lethal silkworm strain were improved.Moreover,the practical value of this improvement was studied and demonstrated through a biological instance in this paper.更多还原
