【摘要】 利用RAPD技术对新一之品系的二倍体 (新一之、薪一圆、凤尾一之 )、三倍体 (陕桑 30 5 )、四倍体(40 2 - 1、40 2 - 1A、40 2 - 9)和 70 7品系的二倍体 (70 7)、四倍体 (40 3- 2 )进行了基因组DNA多态性研究。在用 91个引物单独扩增和 5 7对引物混合扩增后 ,有 73个单引物、38对混合引物扩增出了条带。在新一之的二倍体和四倍体间没有条带的差异 ,在新一之相同倍数体的不同株系之间也没有发现条带的差异 ,新一之的三倍体陕桑30 5和二倍体、四倍体相比有 4条特异性条带。在 70 7的四倍体 40 3 - 2中 ,发现 1条不同于二倍体 70 7的条带。本试验为桑树的性状变异提供了分子水平的证据更多还原

【Abstract】 The phenotypic variations of 9 mulberry mutants were analyzed at the molecular level with Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD).The tested mutants included Shinichinose(2x),Xinyiyuan(2x),Fengwei Ichinose(2x),Shaansang 305(3x),402 1(4x),402 1A(4x),402 9(4x),707(2x)and 403 2(4x).73 individual primers and 38 primer pairs produced clear repeatable bands when 91 arbitrary primers and 57 primer pairs were used.There were no different bands between the autotetraploid and the diploid and between the various mutant of the same ploid of Shinichinose.There are 4 specific bands in the triploid Shaansang 305 when compared with its diploid or autotetraploid,and 1 specific band in 403 2 when compared with 707.The study provided primary molecular evidence for the mutagenesis and gene expression of mulberry.更多还原
