Fe83Nb6B11非晶合金退火后的磁导率
TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF PERMEABILITY FOR Fe83Nb6B11 ALLOY
【摘要】 研究了在不同温度(370~660℃)退火后Fe83Nb6B11合金的初始磁导率灼与温度T的关系.结果表明,退火温度Ta对μ_i~T曲线的形状有较大的影响.Ta=370℃,μ~T曲线出现尖锐的 Hopkinson峰; T_a=420℃时,μ_i~T曲线尖锐的 Hopkinson峰消失,但温度高于非晶居里温度时,μ_i迅速下降;Ta在460~660℃的范围内,μi随着Ta升高先以一定的斜率直线下降,降到非晶相的居里点后缓慢下降.分析了这三种类型的μi~T曲线对应的合金相结构、讨论μi随T变化的原因及双相纳米晶合金中晶体相体积分数、剩余非晶相的磁特性及晶粒间的磁耦合作用对μi~T曲线形状的影响
【Abstract】 The correlation between initial permeability μi and temperature T for Fe83Nb6B11 alloy annealed at 37O~66O℃ was investigated. The results showed that the annealing temperature has obvious effect on μi~ T curve. Three types of μi~T curve were observed. The phase structures of the alloys corresponding to the three types of μi~ T curve were analyzed and the mechanisms for changes of μi with T as well as the influence of the volume fraction of α-Fe phase, the characteristic of residual amorphous phase and the magnetic coupling among α-Fe grains on μi~T curve were also discussed.
