【摘要】 研究了Fe83NbB(11)合金的饱和磁化强度Ms及有效各向异性<k>与温度T的关系、结果表明:淬态Fe83NbB(11)非晶合金的有效各向异性<k>随温度的升高下降的幅度很大,其原因主要是由 于磁致伸缩λs或应力σ耦合造成的 热处理后的样品,在同一测试温度下,饱和磁化强度Ms及有效各 向异性<k>随热处理温度的升高而增大,原因是饱和磁化强度Ms和有效各向异性<k>主要 α-Fe相的 贡献,热处理温度升高,α-Fe体积分数增大,有效各向异性Ms及<k>增大用交换作用理论解释了随着热处理温度的升高材料的有效各向异性<k>随温度变化缓慢.

【Abstract】 The correlations between saturation magnetization Ms. effective magnetic anisotropy <k> and the temperature T(Ms - T, <k> - Tcurves) for the Fe83Nb6B11 amorphous alloys annealed at 0580℃ were investigated. The results show that the effective magnetic anisotropy of as-quenched amorphous ribbons decreases very quickly with increasing temperature. The reason is mainly due to the stress-induced anisotropy, which decrease with temperature very quick. The values of <k> and Ms of annealed samples increase with increasing annealing temperature, indicating that the volume fraction of the crystallized phase (α-Fe) increases and the values of <k> and Ms are mainly determined by the nanocrystalline phase. The experimental results of the <k> - T curves of crystalline samples were explained using the theory of exchange interaction among α-Fe grains.
