P91铁素体耐热钢在KCl、ZnCl2和KCl-ZnCl2盐膜下的腐蚀

【摘要】 研究了P91铁素体耐热钢分别在 KCl、 ZnCl2以及 KCl—ZnCl2混合盐膜下在 450 ℃氧化性气氛中的腐蚀.结果表明,合金在三种盐膜下均发生了加速腐蚀,在混合盐膜下的腐蚀最为严重形成的氧化膜厚且疏松,与基体的粘附性较差.在氧化膜/合金界面均发生氯的富集,而在基体内还出现了由氯导致的局部腐蚀.讨论了合金发生加速腐蚀的机制

【Abstract】 The corrosion behaviors of P91 ferrite heat--resistant steel were studied in presence of KCl, ZnC12 and KCl--ZnCl2 mixture salt films respectively in flowing oxidizing gaseous environment at 450℃. The alloy suffered from seriously accelerated corrosion in all cases while the most serious beneath KCl--ZnCl2 mixture deposits. The oxide scales formed were rather porous and with bad adherence to the matrix, local corrosion products induced by chlorine were sometimes present within the matrix. Significant amount of chlorine was always enriched at the scale/substrate interface. The mechanism for the accelerated corrosion is examined by taking into account the nature of the scale structure.
