Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe,M)1.95合金的声速和弹性模量与磁化磁场的关系
RELATIONSHIP OF SOUND VELOCITY AND ELASTIC MODULUS OF Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe,M)1.95 GRAIN ALIGNMENT ALLOY WITH APPLIED MAGNETIC FIELDS
【摘要】 研究了Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe,M)1.95合金的声速υ和弹性模量E与磁化磁场的关系,首次观测到出现 Vmin和 Emin值的磁场与出现 Xmax和 d33的磁场是一致的,均在 20kA/m左右;这在工程上有重要意义,但这种关系的物理机制尚不清楚
【Abstract】 The relationships of sound velocity v and elastic modulus E for Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe,M)1.95 grain aligned alloy with applied field have been studied. The experimental results showed that with increasing of applied field, the sound velocity and elastic modulus decrease first, then increase gradually. The applied field at which minimum values of sound velocity and elastic modulus of the alloy appear are just the same as the applied field at which Xmax and d33 appear, this phenomena is the first time to observe.
