杨树枝条韧皮部提取液对光肩星天牛谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的影响

【摘要】 分别用石油醚和甲醇浸提 8种杨树枝条韧皮部 ,测定提取液对光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力的影响 ,试验表明 ,在光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶体外反应体系中 ,加入不同杨树的石油醚或甲醇提取液 ,可导致谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力发生改变。加入新疆杨石油醚提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力与加入毛白杨、J - 2杨石油醚提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力之间存在显著差异 ;加入新疆杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力与加入I- 2 14杨、J- 1杨、J- 2杨、毛白杨、北京杨、加拿大杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力之间存在显著差异 ;加入山海关杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S -转移酶活力与加入北京杨、加拿大杨甲醇提取液的光肩星天牛幼虫谷胱甘肽S—转移酶活力之间存在显著差异

【Abstract】 Shoot phloems from eight poplar species were soaked in the solutions of petroleum ether or methanol, and the effects of their extracts on the activity of glutathione-S-transferase of the larvae of Anoplophora glabripennis were tested. The results showed that adding extracts from various poplar trees to the laboratory reaction system of glutathione-S-transferase from Anoplophora glabripennis (Motsch) could alter the activity of the enzyme. Significant difference was found in glutathione-S-transferase between adding petroleum ether extracts from Populus alba var. Pyramidalisand and adding petroleum ether extracts from P. tomentosa and poplar J-2. And significant difference was found in glutathione-S-transferase between adding methmnol extracts from P. alba var. Pyramidalis and adding methanol extracts from P.×euraericana cv. `I-214’, poplar J-1, poplar J-2, P. tomentosa, P. ×beijingensis and P. canadensis . Significant difference was also found in this enzyme between adding methanol extracts from P. canadensis cv. `shanhaiguanensis’ and adding methanol extracts from P. ×beijingensis and P. canadensis.
