【Abstract】 Characters and functions of emotion,especially the role of emotional motivation are interpreted systematically in the emotional motivation differentiation theory by Izard,With the enlightenment of his theory the problems of emotional intelligence fostering in colleges are put forward and analyzed in this paper,which probes into the research on how to foster emotional intelligence of college students.更多还原
