线阵光电无损检测装置设计
Design of Array Photo-electricity Non-destructive Detection Instruments
【摘要】 目的 研制一种用 X射线线阵光电传感器对焊缝质量进行无损检测的新装置 .方法 将 X射线透过焊件照在 X射线线阵光电传感器上采集焊件密度信息 ,经信号处理后送计算机进行图像处理 .结果 该装置在低能 X射线作用下能有效地对焊件的密度及气孔、夹渣等缺陷进行检测 .结论 实验结果表明 ,该装置检测的动态范围较宽 ,该方法也可用于对 X射线剂量检测 ,更换光电传感器后还可对其它物理量进行无损检测
【Abstract】 Aim\ To research a new instrument of Non destructive detecting the quality of welding line using a X ray photo electricity array sensor. Methods\ Let X ray irradiate on a x ray photo electricity array sensor through the object, to collect the message density of welding lines, and send to a computer for image processing. Results\ The instrument can effectively detect the density of welding lines, and faults such as air holes and dregs by using low power X ray. Conclusion\ It is shown in experiments that this instrument can detect wide dynamic scope and also detect the dose of X ray, and detect other physic quantity after changing photo electricity array sensors.
