【摘要】 目的　将高分辨率的 X射线数字成像技术应用于管道锈蚀检测 ,使管道锈蚀情况别清晰可见 .方法　将射线转换技术、慢扫描 CCD成像技术、远程控制技术、非线性滤波等计算机图像处理技术应用于管道锈蚀检测 .结果　利用 X射线数字成像技术可真实地显示管道内部结垢、堵塞、腐蚀等情况 .结论　利用上述结果可分析和判定管道的运行状态 ,测定管道腐蚀速率 ,评估管道安全可靠性 ,合理确定管道使用寿命更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim\ Apply high resolution X ray digital radiography to test conduit rusts and distribntion of conduit rusts is shown clearly. Methods\ Apply computer image manipulation technology such as X ray conversion technology\, slow scanning CCD radiography\, long distance control technology\, nonlinear filtering to test condurt rust. Results\ By use of X ray digital radiography, it can display the condition of such as conduit inside structure\, blockage\, erosion etc. Conclusion\ The results above, can be used to analyze and judge the running state of conduit, menstruate eroding speed, evaluate conduit security and reliability, rationally determine condurit′s life span furtherly.更多还原
