【Abstract】 Aim\ To produce a driving circuit for ISD029 CCD image sensor. Methods\ The working principle and characteristics of the CCD imag e sendor are analyzed and the corresponding driving circuit is designed. Results\ The designed circuit proves to be able to well drive the CCD image sensor. Conclusion\ Experiments prove that the driving circuit designed c an be adopted as the core chip for corresponding CCD cameras.更多还原
