【摘要】 建立了同时测定小青菜中三种有机磷农药残留量的毛细管气相色谱测定法 ,选用火焰光度检测器和毛细管柱 ,对三种农药进行了测定。结果表明 :乐果、甲胺磷和久效磷三种农药有良好的分离 ;三个不同浓度的标准添加 ,其回收率范围为 90 - 110 % ,相对标准偏差范围为 2 .5 - 4 .0 %。该法有着良好的应用前景更多还原

【Abstract】 A gas chromstography method for determination of three Organophosphorus Residual Pesticides in green stuff has been developed. The detection limit for the tested pesticides is about 1.0×10 -1 mg/L. The recoveries ranged between 90 and 110%. The method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive.更多还原
