【Abstract】 In February 1997,"Dolly" brought a new revolution in biotechnology When it was cloned by researchers in Roslin Institute. It was from a cell in an adult ewe’s somatic cell. It proved that a highly differentiated somatic cell still had totipotency and can be reprogrammed.
