NaCl-KCl熔融体系电镀钛的研究
Study of Titanium Electroplating in Molten NaCl-KCl
【摘要】 研究了在 Na Cl- KCl熔融盐体系中进行难熔金属钛的电镀过程中 ,K2 Ti F6 添加剂的加入量等因素对电镀结果的影响 ,并对直流电镀、脉冲电流电镀在熔融盐电镀中的应用进行了比较。使用换向脉冲电流电镀的新工艺 ,在碳钢表面获得了较好的金属钛镀层
【Abstract】 The effect of current density on electroplating titanium in molten NaCl KCl was studied, and a comparison made of the different between the effects of direct current and pulse current in molten salt electroplating. The new technique of pulse current molten salt electroplating and its improvement of e the diffusion limited process was studied. A good Ti coating has been obtained on the surface of metal substrate.
