Co-Al-Ti系Co(Al,Ti)/(Co)多相合金研究
Co(Al,Ti)/Co Multi-Phase Alloys in the Co-Al-Ti System
【摘要】 在 Co- Al- Ti三元系中 ,设计并熔炼了一系列含 Co(Al,Ti) / (Co)的多相合金 ,试图通过在脆性的 B2型金属间化合物 Co(Al,Ti)中引入塑性的初级固溶体 (Co)来提高材料的室温塑性。通过对合金铸态和经过简单热处理态的分析 ,确定了 Co(Al,Ti) / (Co)两相区的成分范围、相平衡和相结构状况 ;并通过室温压缩实验了解了合金的变形行为 ,对合金的进一步开发前景作出了评估
【Abstract】 In the Co Al Ti ternary system’ a serie of multi phase alloys containing Co(Al,Ti)/Co were designed and melted in order to improve the room temperature ductility through introducing the ductile primary Co solid solution into the brittle B2 type intermetallic compound Co(Al,Ti). The composition range, the phase equilibrium and the phase structures of the Co(Al,Ti)/Co two phase region were established on the basis of the analysis of the as cast and heat treated alloys. The deformation behaviors were understood through room temperature compression experiments, and the prospects for further development of the alloy were estimated.
