【摘要】 为观察左旋咪唑对鸡传染性法氏囊病疫苗免疫效果的影响，进行2个实验：试验1，饮水给予10mg／kg．d左旋咪唑，连用3d，然后进行鸡传染性法氏囊病疫苗初次免疫，免疫后14－21d，鸡血清抗IBDV抗体滴度明显降低；试验2，鸡在初次免疫后35d进行第2次免疫，且在2次免疫前先应用10mg／kg．d左旋咪唑，连用3d，免疫后鸡血清抗IBDV抗体滴度无明显变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 ：Two eSperiments were done to observe the effect of levamisole on the immune response to live IBDV vaccine． ESperiment one, the broiler chicks were given levamisole orally at 10 mg per kg body weight in drinking water for 3 consecutive days, then were given 1st vaccination with IBDV live vaccine．ESperiment two,the broiler chicks were given 2nd vaccination with IBDV live vaccine 35 days after 1st vaccination．Before 2nd vaccination,levamisole were given orally at 10 mg per kg body weight in drinking water for 3 consecutive days．It was shown in eSperiment one that the antibody titer against IBDV in chicks were lower in 10mg／kg levamisole－treated groups than control group 14～21 days post－1st vaccination．The results in eSperiment two indicated that 10mg／kg levamisole had no effect on antibody titer to IBDV compared with control group．更多还原
