不锈钢在超临界水氧化分解对胺基苯酚和十二烷基磺酸钠系统中的腐蚀
The Corrosion of Stainless Steels in Supercritical Water Oxidation System for Destroying n-Amine Phenol and Sodium Dodecyl Sulphonate
【摘要】 为了了解超临界水氧化销毁含氮和含硫有机物过程中材料的腐蚀情况 ,我们进行了两种不锈钢 (1Cr18Ni9Ti及Sanicro2 8)在超临界水氧化分解对胺基苯酚和十二烷基磺酸钠过程中的腐蚀试验。试验系统的温度是 30 0~ 4 10℃ ,压力是 2 5± 2MPa ,试验连续进行 30~ 4 8小时。结果表明 ,两种不锈钢在两种介质中都遭受较为严重的均匀腐蚀和不同程度的孔蚀 ,腐蚀程度和系统内温度有关 ,最严重的腐蚀发生在临界温度附近
【Abstract】 To investigate the corrosion of stainless steels in supercritical water oxidation system,we did a corrosion test of two stainless steels(1 Cr18Ni9Ti and Sanicro28)in supercritical water oxidation conditions for destroying n amine phenol and sodium dodecyl sulphonate.The corrosion test was continuously operated for 30~48 hours under conditions of 300~410℃ and 25±2MPa of a SCWO system.The results show that the stainless steels suffered fast general corrosion and pit corrosion in the two mediums.The corrosion in the system was highly temperature dependant and the most serious corrosion take place near the critical temperature.
