“绿色”高效Al-Si合金变质剂——Al-P中间合金
Green and high effective modifier for eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys——Al-P master alloys
【摘要】 为了解决Al -Si变质过程中的环境污染问题 ,用熔铸法制备了一种高效、低价格且适于产业化生产的Al-Si合金变质剂———Al-P中间合金 ,该中间合金w(P)可达到 2 .0 % 5 .5 % .对共晶和过共晶 (含Si量12 % 2 4% )成分的Al-Si合金进行变质 ,加入 0 .3% 0 .8%的Al- 3P中间合金即可取得良好的变质效果 ,使其初晶Si数量明显增多 ,平均晶粒尺寸分别下降到 30 μm和5 0 μm以下 .该中间合金使用工艺简便 ,可在低温下加入 ,而且无污染、无反应渣、变质效果长效稳定、易储存、使用综合成本低 ,克服了当前变质的缺点 ,可以实现Al-Si合金的“绿色”变质 ,有着广阔的应用前景
【Abstract】 In order to settle environmental pollution and provide a high effective modifier with low price for modification of eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys, Al-P master alloys containing 2.0%~5.5% phosphorus have been developed. The Al-P master alloys can be conveniently mass produced. An excellent modification can be obtained with the addition of 0.3%~0.8wt% Al-3P master alloy in eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys containing 12%-24% Si at lower modifying temperatures, The quantify of primary Si increases obviously and its average grain size decreases, less than 30μm and 50μm, respectively. Furthermore, Al-P master alloys have many advantages such as convenient technology for practice use, no pollution, stable and long term modification effect, easy storage and low total cost etc. Therefore, Al-P master alloys have overcome the shortcomings of current modifiers and may be considered as green modifiers with good prosperity.
