氧化锑/高岭土复合阻燃微粉的球磨法制备及特性研究

【摘要】 用球磨法制备氧化锑 /高岭土复合阻燃微粉 ,用热重 (TG)、差示扫描量热法 (DSC)对其阻燃特性进行了分析 ,激光光散射粒度分布仪分析了粒子的分布情况。结果表明 ,高岭土结构变化的起始温度降低 ,高岭土与氧化锑的化合反应在一个较窄的温度范围内进行。掺杂高岭土量大时 ,化合反应的活化能 E变小 ,频率因子 A变大 ,复合反应为 0级反应

【Abstract】 WT5BZ]Ultrafine Sb 2O 3 powders were prepared by ball mill methods; the characteristics of the composite powder was studied by TG,DSC and laser scattering methods The results show that the beginning temperature of kaolin structure variation becomes low; the beginning temperature of kaolin structure variation is also changed with the quantity of Sb 2O 3 in the composite powder The chemical combination reaction of Sb 2O 3 and kaolin is proceeded at a narrow range of temperature. To Sb 2O 3,when the quantity of kaolin in the composite powder is large, the active energy E of the chemical combination reaction becomes small, the frequency factor A value becomes large, and the composite reaction is 0 grade reaction
