【Abstract】 Positron lifetime technique was used to study the defects of MgAl₂O₄ Transparent ceramics irradi- ated by electrons and protons.Defect of MgAl₂O₄ transparent ceramics irradiated by -rays was also studied by positron lifetime technique.We get the result that there are three phases with the dose increasing.We examined also the anneal effect.更多还原
