【摘要】 综述了氮化硼(BN)纳米管的研究现状及其最新进展,介绍了目前普遍采用的几种制备 BN 纳米管的工艺方法及相关的生长机制。同时着重分析比较了用不同制备方法获得的 BN 纳米管的端帽结构。

【Abstract】 In this paper,advances in research on Boron Nitride(BN)nanotubes are reviewed and some of technologies for preparation of BN nanotubes and their growth mechanisms are described.The tip structures of BN nanotubes produced by different technologies are compared and discussed.
