合金元素在MCrAlY涂层中的行为
Behavior of Alloying Elements in MCrAlY Coating
【摘要】 采用电弧离子镀在新型γ′-Ni3Al基高温合金IC-6上沉积Ni-Cr-Al-Y和Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y涂层,研究了合金元素对MCrAlY涂层性能及元素行为的影响,结果表明:在沉积过程中,合金中的Al和Mo元素抑制了Cr从涂层向基体扩散,使涂层中的Cr维持在较高浓度;真空扩散处理时,涂层和基体之间发生互扩散,使涂层-基体元素浓度呈梯度分布,减小了涂层和基体热膨胀系数的差别,同时,涂层的相结构也发生变化。γ′-Ni3Al和γ-Ni仍是涂层的主要相,但是由于Cr原子的取代作用致使晶格常数α0发生变化,等温氧 化实验表明:Ni-Cr-Al-Y和Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y涂层氧化规律遵循抛物线规律。900 ℃静态空气等温氧化时,Ni-Cr-Al-Y涂层中加入Co对其抗氧化性能的影响不大。1000℃静态空气等温氧化时,Ni-Cr-Al-Y涂层中加入Co后,降低了其抗氧化性。
【Abstract】 The behavior of alloying elements in Ni-Cr-Al-Y and Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y coatings prepared on a new superalloy IC-6 by arc ion plating (AIP) has been studied. The experimental results indicated that elements Al and Mo impeded the diffusion of Cr into superalloy IC-6 during depositing, resulting in relatively high Cr concentration in the coating. Interdiffusion and phase transformation occured during vaccum diffusion treatment, butγ′-Ni3Al andγ-Ni were still the major phases. The oxidation experimental result showed that the growth rate of the oxide obeyed the parabolic rate law. The addition of cobalt had little effect on the oxidation resistance while exposed in 900℃ static atmosphere. The oxidation resistance of Ni-Cr-Al-Y coating was better than that of Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y coating while exposed in 1000℃ static atmosphere.
