【摘要】 国有企业扭亏脱困工作历时三载 ,取得了一定的成就 ,达到了预期的目标。但是 ,困扰国有企业的深层次矛盾并未解决 ,国有企业的进一步改革有待理论上的探索和创新。本文在提出国企改革中一系列有待澄清的理论问题的基础上 ,着重讨论了下一步改革的理论模式 ,以期达到抛砖引玉的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 It has spent three years for state owned enterprises to reverse loss and extricate from predicament. This work has got some achievements and reached desired destination. However,contradiction to perplex enterprises has not been resolved.Further reform of state owned enterprises needs theoretical exploration and creation. This thesis gives summing up of “extricate form predicament in the three years”, points out series of theoretical problems to be clarified about reform of state owned enterprises, and attempts to set up theoretical formula of next reform.更多还原
