【摘要】 从建立造价工程师执业资格制度的意义和作用入手 ,认真分析和阐述了建立造价工程师执业资格制度对提高我国建设项目投资管理水平所起的积极作用
【Abstract】 In ciew of the significance and function of establishing qualification system of project engineer,the paper makes a statement that the establishment of qualification system will greatly improve the level of our project construction and investment management.
