以钼酸盐阴离子柱撑镁铝水滑石为前驱物的加氢脱硫催化剂 Ⅰ.MoO3/Mg(Al)O中MoO3的化学状态和分散度

【摘要】 用离子交换法合成了钼酸盐阴离子柱撑镁铝水滑石 ,并用XRD和XPS考察了焙烧产物MoO3/Mg(Al)O中MoO3的化学状态和分散度 .结果表明 ,MoO3以单分子层分散在复合氧化物Mg(Al)O的表面 ,其单分子层饱和分散容量为 4 77μmol/m2 ;超过此值后 ,MoO3和MgO形成体相的钼酸镁 .BET测定结果表明 ,MoO3的存在使得Mg(Al)O的比表面积和孔体积增大 .
【Abstract】 The molybdate anion-pillared Mg-Al hydrotalcite was synthesized by ion exchange method. The chemical state and dispersity of MoO 3 in the calcined product MoO 3/Mg(Al)O were studied by using XRD and XPS. It was testified that the MoO 3 dispersed as uni-molecular layer on the surface of complex oxide Mg(Al)O and its saturated uni-molecular dispersion capacity is 4 77 μmol/m 2. Beyond this value, the MoO 3 reacts with MgO to form magnesium molybdate bulk phase. By BET determination, it was found that the existence of MoO 3 in MoO 3/Mg(Al)O causes the increase of surface area and pore volume of Mg(Al)O.
