【摘要】 2 -羟基 -3 -(二甲基十二烷基铵 )丙磺酸钠 (Ⅰ )是由二甲基十二烷基胺 (Ⅱ )与 2 -羟基 -3 -氯丙磺酸钠(Ⅲ )合成。反应最佳条件 :温度 90℃ ,时间 4h ,溶剂丙三醇 ,化合物 (Ⅱ )转化率达 90 %。实验结果表明 ,化合物 (Ⅰ )具有比甜菜碱BS -12更优良的润湿力、泡沫力和泡沫稳定性 ,还具有比十二烷基硫酸钠更优良的钙皂分散力更多还原

【Abstract】 The titlle compound sodium 2-hydroxy-3-(dimethyl dodecyl ammonium)proply sulphonate(Ⅰ)is a kind of the amphoteric surfactant.The title compound(Ⅰ)was synthesized from dimethyldodecylamine(Ⅱ)and sodium 2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl sulphonate(Ⅲ).The best condition for the reaction(temperature 90 ℃,time 4h,solvent glycerol.)were chosenby the orthogonal design.The inversion rate of(Ⅱ)was 90 %.The test resultshowed that(Ⅰ)had better wetting,forming and foam stability than betaine BS-12,and better dispersion of calcium soap than dodecyl sulfate sodium.更多还原
