灭虫精对草鱼胚胎—仔鱼的慢性毒性短期试验

【摘要】 慢性毒性短期试验的结果表明 :灭虫精对草鱼胚胎—仔鱼的NOEC (无可见效应浓度 )、LOEC (最低可见效应浓度 )、ChV (慢性毒性值 )和ACR (急性毒性与慢性毒性的比值 )以及MSD (最小显著差异 )分别是0 15 ,0 3 0 ,0 2 1,1 71mg·L-1和 66 98%。MSD值表明利用草鱼胚胎—仔鱼慢性毒性短期试验来评价和监测灭虫精的毒性尚不够灵敏 ,但仍可对毒性效应发生的程度作出较好的评价

【Abstract】 This paper studied the chronic toxicity of Miechongjing to grass carp with the short term toxicity test.It showed that the values of NOEC(No observable effective concentration),LOEC(Lowest observable concentration),ChV(Chronic value,i.e.,the geometrical mean of NOEC and LOEC),ACR(Acute and Chronic Ration,i.e.,the ratio of acute toxicity to chronic toxicity)and MSD (Minimum significant difference)were 0 15,0 30,0 21,1 71 mg·L -1 and 66 98 % respectively.The value of MSD showed it was not sensitive to estimate and monitor the toxicity of Miechongjing to grass carp with this method,but the other values are correspondent with the acute test of early development of Miechongjing to grass carp,so this method is effective for instructing aquaculture practice.
