【摘要】 采用常规方法对中华鳖 (Trionyxsinensis)常见病害进行细菌学检查 ,测定了鳖保宁及相关单味药对中华鳖主要病原菌温和气单胞菌 (Aeromonassobria)和豚鼠气单胞菌 (A .caviae)的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)和最低杀菌浓度 (MBC) ,并观察鳖保宁预防鳖病害的效果。结果表明 :2 0例患病鳖中共分离到 2 8株细菌 ,其中温和气单胞菌和豚鼠气单胞菌分别占 32 14%和 2 1 43% ;鳖保宁及相关单味药对温和气单胞菌和豚鼠气单胞菌均有不同程度的抑制和杀灭作用 ,其中鳖保宁的作用最强 ;鳖保宁预防鳖病害的效果优于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 The specimen from the heart,liver and ascites of 20 diseased turtles were examined bacteriologically.By means of doubling dilution method in broth in vitro ,The MICs and MBCs of biebaoning and its related individual drugs against Aeromonas sobria and A.caviae were measured In the preventive trial,5590 tuetles were randomly assigned into three groups.In the group A and B,1% and 0 4% biebaoning was added to feed,while the turtles of group C were treated with conventional drug.Of 28 bacteria isolated from 20 diseased turtles,9 were identified as Aeromonas sobria ,6 A.caviae. 6 diseased tuetles had mixed infections of two or more bacterial species.Biebaoning and the individual drugs exhibited inhibitory bactericidal effects against A.sobria and A.caviae. Among them,biebaoning had more effects in comparison with its related individual drugs.Biebaoning was superior to control group in the preventive trial.更多还原
