【摘要】 1998年 5月 ,从福建购得大黄鱼 (Pseudosciaenacrocea)受精卵 2 0 0万粒 ,经 10h充氧运输 ,获上浮好卵 15 0万粒 ,次日孵出仔鱼 12 0万尾。在水温 18～ 2 2℃条件下 ,经 40d培育 ,育出 2cm鱼苗 38万尾 ,成活率 32 %。鱼苗从1 2cm开始互相残食 ,是前期减量的主要原因。应加强轮虫、卤虫的营养强化 ,以避免营养缺乏症更多还原

【Abstract】 thousands fries of Pseudosciaena crocea with 2cm total length were produced under the water temperature of 18～22℃ in 40 days.The survival rate was 32%.The main reason for amounts reduce was cannibalism,which occurred from 1 2cm in total length.Nutrient of rotifer and artemia was important for the seed rearing of Pseudosciaena crocea.更多还原
