皱纹盘鲍幼虫流水孵化培育技术的研究
Studies on Hatching Technique of Running Water in Larvae of Haliotis discus hannai
【摘要】 采用紫外线海水培育、充气海水培育、流水孵化培育、流水孵化培育中试 4种不同方法进行皱纹盘鲍(Haliotisdiscushannai)幼虫孵化培育 ,并与常规孵化技术对照 ,结果表明 :紫外线海水孵化培育组幼虫 48h面盘与壳分离死亡 ;充气流水培育组幼虫发育畸形 ,48h下沉死亡 ;流水培育组幼虫孵化率为 6 9 7% ,流水培育中试组幼虫孵化率达 75 8% ,而对照组孵化率仅为 2 3 5 %。流水孵化培育不仅提高了孵化率 ,而且稳定性较高 ,同时节省大量劳动力。
【Abstract】 The larvae of abalone (Haliotis discus hannai) were hatched in four different ways:ultra violet treated water;aerated water;flowing water and flowing water medium test.The results were contracted with traditional hatching technology and showed that:in group of ultra violet treating water hatching way,veliger seperated with shells and died in 48h;in group of aerated water hatching way the larvae deformed and died in 48h;the hatching rate reached 69 7% and 75 8% in group of flowing water hatching way and in group of flowing water medium test hatching way respectively;while in contrast group,the hatching rate falled to 23.5% It could be concluded that by using flowing water hatching technology,the hatching rate increase with stable production,and many labour are saved.
