半导体复合氧化物的室温固相合成研究
Study on solid state preparation at room temperature of semiconductor complex oxides
【摘要】 以无机盐为原料 ,遵守热力学定律 ,室温下研磨 ,使反应物发生固相化学反应而合成CdSnO3 、ZnFe2 O4、CdFe2 O4等半导体复合氧化物的纳米粉体 ,用XRD、TEM测试手段对产物的物相和微观结构进行了表征和分析 ,结果表明 ,固相化学反应完全 ,所得产物为理论产物 ,且平均粒径小于 10 0nm。
【Abstract】 Nano sized complex oxides, CdSnO 3,ZnFe 2O 4,CdFe 2O 4 included,were synthesized by solid state reaction with inorganic reagent at room temperature.Crystal structure and ceramic microstructure of the final powders were studied by XRD and TEM. The results show that the solid state reaction is complete and feasible, the mean grain size of the materials is below 100?nm.
