Application of MEMS in inertial measurement
【摘要】 对MEMS在惯性测量中的应用状况进行了总结 ,介绍了加速度计和陀螺仪的基本工作原理和商业化情况 ,提出了我国发展微机械惯性传感器的一些发展思路
【Abstract】 Application status of MEMS in inertial measurement is summarized, the basic principles of accelerometers and gyroscopes and their commercialization situation are briefly introduced, some ideas about development of micromachined inertial sensor in China are presented.
