在线微量水分测定系统的设计

【摘要】 氧化铝湿度传感器是一种新型的测量微量水分的传感器 ,在物料干燥和环境湿度监测中都具有重要的应用。介绍了这种传感器的工作原理 ,讨论了基于 80 31单片机的微量水分在线测定仪的结构 ,设计了传感器信号调理电路及 80 31单片机系统 ,给出了软件流程图。本仪器对干燥过程实现在线实时监测与控制具有重要意义 ,且已用于绝缘材料干燥实验中 ,达到了预期效果。

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]: Al 2O 3 moisture sensor is a new type water sensor, which can measure minim water. There is very important application in the drying process of the materiel and in the monitor & measurement of the milieu.The theory of this kind of sensor is introduced. The structure and design of the measure instrument on-line based on the single chip processor is discussed.The symbol adjust circuit of the sensor and the 8031 single chip microcomputer system are designed and the main program flow chart is described.The instrument has important meaning for the real-time on-line monitor & measure of the drying process,which has been used in the electric material drying experiment and the anticipative result has received.
