苯丙氨酸检测酶电极的理论研究
Acdemic research on enzyme electrode detecting phenylalanine
【摘要】 研究了用于临床检测苯丙酮尿症的一种新方法 ,即采用共价交联的方法将苯丙氨酸裂解酶固定化在氨气敏电极上 ,制成酶电极来检测血液中苯丙氨酸的质量浓度。给出了酶电极响应的Nernst方程和测试装置 ,并采取预处理措施来提高电极的活性和寿命。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]:A new method used to detect PKU of younglings is introduced. An enzyme electrode has been successfully prepared by immobilizing phenylalanine ammonia-lyase on the ammonia gas sensor through the cross-linking reaction to detect phenylalanine in the blood. The Nernst equation of electrode’s response and detecting device are presented, At the same time,proper measure is taken in advance to improve the activity and life of the enzyme electrode. [WT5”HZ]
