HSGFET型臭氧传感器室温下对纳诺量级O3的检测
Ozone Detection in the ppb Range with HSGFET Ozone Sensors Operating at Room Temperature
【摘要】 本文介绍了双敏感膜、复合悬浮栅 ( Hybrid Suspended Gate即 HSG) FET型臭氧传感器的结构与制作 .重点研究了敏感膜和结构不同的传感器对 O3敏感性的影响 ,并对所得实验结果进行了分析比较
【Abstract】 This paper introduce the structure and fabrication for HSGFET ozone sensors with dual sensitive layer. Study the affect of sensitive layer and structure for ozone sensitive characteristic of ozone sensors mainly. A comparison and analysis of the experimental results are given.
