【摘要】 介绍一种低压电力用户远程自动抄表及控制系统 ,给出了该系统的结构框图 ,简述了其工作原理与系统的功能特点

【Abstract】 this paper puts forward a system which controls the meter reading for lower voltage electric power users remotely and automatically.Meanwhile,it givea the structure diagram and its word theory and function characters.
