【Abstract】 During the anti-Japanese war, the CPC inherited and developed the traditions and experiences of Soviet government and publicly put forward the political program to construct an honest and clean government. It also established a custom of being honest and clean with Yan’an Style as feature and accumulated rich experiences in the construction of a clean and honest administration.
