【摘要】 目的 :观察白屈菜总生物碱的止咳平喘作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠和豚鼠 ,均 ig给予白屈菜总生物碱 5、10、2 0 mg.kg-1,经小鼠氨水引咳实验、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳实验、豚鼠组织胺引喘实验 ,观察用药前后引咳潜伏期、3min内的咳嗽次数和豚鼠的引喘潜伏期及发生抽搐跌倒的动物数。结果 :白屈菜总生物碱可明显地延长小鼠引咳潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数 ;延长豚鼠的引喘潜伏期、减少抽搐跌倒的动物数 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :白屈菜总生物碱有明显的止咳平喘作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the relieving cough and asthma effects of total alkaloid from chelidonium majus L.(TACM).Methods:TACM of 5、10、20mg·kg -1 was administered by ig to mice and guinea pigs.The frequency of cough and latent period of cough induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice and citric acid in guinea pigs;the latent period of asthma induced by histamine phosphate ratio of twitched animals in guinea pigs.Results:The TACM could obviously decrease the frepuency of cough,prolong latent period of cough in mice and guinea pigs;markedly prolong the incubation period of asthma and decrease the ratio of twitched animals induced by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs.Conclusion:The TACM showed obviously relieving cough and asthma effects.更多还原
