【摘要】 目的 :研究 EGF(表皮生长因子 )在人胚胎睾丸组织发育过程中的表达。方法 :收集 30例 12～ 32周龄胎儿睾丸组织标本 ,免疫组织化学染色 ,光镜观察。结果 :EGF在人胚胎睾丸组织间质细胞呈阳性表达 ,在曲细精管内精原细胞、支持细胞、管周肌样细胞未见阳性表达。 EGF在 12周龄睾丸组织未见阳性表达 ,16周时是表达的高峰 ,此后呈逐渐下降趋势 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :EGF在人胚胎睾丸组织发育过程中可能起着形态学和生理学作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the regularity of expression and localization of EGF in human testis during the development,using immunohistochemical techniques,in order to offer theoretical warranty for physiology of masculine reproduction.Methods:30 cases of normal testis from human fetuses (estimated gestational ages from 12 to 32 weeks)were used for investigation by optical microscope after the samples were processed for immunohistochemistry.Results:(1)The localization of immunoreactive cells of EGF were observed only in Leydig cells、Sertoli cells and peritubular myiod cells.The immunoreaction were not observed in spermatogomia.(2)The immunoreactive cells were not observed in the gestational ages of 12 weeks testis.The peaks of expression of EGF were observed in the gestational ages of 16 weeks.With the increase of gestational ages,the number of immunoreactive cell decreased gradully.There was significant difference between the testis of different gestational ages(P<0.01).Conclusion:EGF might play a morphogenic and physiological role in testis development.更多还原
